I cannot overlook the serious lack of transparency and communication this facility demonstrated with my family. My father was checked in on a Friday night without any family present, despite explicit assurances that the move would not happen until the following day. When we visited him Saturday, he was highly agitated and rather than addressing it proactively, the staff dismissed it as manageable dementia-related behavior. He was sent back to the hospital, where a psychiatrist evaluated him and prescribed medication that significantly stabilized his mood. He was readmitted to Harborage (this time with me present) and had a calm night and a good day, only to be sent back to the hospital again. This time at the request of his PCP due to a positive blood culture. A medical issue unrelated to behavior. Despite receiving multiple calls from Harborage staff indicating he would be welcomed back, we were then informed that corporate had denied his return. With no explanation and no appeal process offered. My father had not even spent a cumulative 24 hours in this facility, and he is already being turned away. I want to be fair: the 4th floor staff was genuinely excellent. But the lack of honest communication, the disregard for family involvement in care decisions, and the abrupt, unexplained corporate denial have made this an incredibly distressing experience. Families deserve transparency and an avenue for recourse, not dead ends. Shame on you people. Thanks for gaslighting us

Diana Pedro's the Nurse on the 5th floor is an exceptional hired for this hospital. Very caring, sweet & professional in her attitude She seems to go the extra mile that this patient is being taken care when she works the 7am-3pm shift. She's a very impressive Nurse. Yeira Matos from Patient Relations has always come to my room on a consistent basis to check on my health, asking if there's anything I need as a patient. Always with a positive attitude her caring attitude shows in her smile & actions. Extremely professional in her work habits.

My mother-in-law is very happy at the Complete Care at Harborage. She loves her neighbor and they take of each other. Nancy Alfonso loves her Nurses, Nurse's aide, and her Doctors. She loves the activities that they have especially given by Lizette! We all love her very much. She's full of Life and she makes everyone so happy. When she gets her groove on and her music going, You have to see how all the patients start dancing and they forget about their pain for a few minutes. It puts tears into my eyes, because It's surreal. Thank you all for your time, love, prayers, hugs, and patience. 🙏
