This is not an easy review to write, as we have had only good experiences in the past when the facility was run by the HM Hospital. The newest owners - Complete Care LLC'S have turned what was once a decent, caring and well run subacute rehab into a FOR PROFIT ONLY, cutting costs and quality of medical support staff, MD's, FOOD with zero concern for the people they are to "care" for. I cannot recommend Complete Care LLC'S to anyone with a loved one that needs short or long term care. STAY AWAY. Ps- the GLOWING reviews are clearly written by owners... coffee carts? HA, please.

My aunt is currently in Complete Care at Brick. Though the environment is aged a bit, the Care staff is incredible. My aunt was at Complete Care in Wall, where the facility is newer, but the staff was so-so, too many agency staff, with no heart in the game. Not to say all the staff, but about 50%. I have to assume the staff is only as good as the management in charge. I do understand that health care staff is underpaid and undervalued. So, we appreciate the love the Brick staff offers my aunt, her roommate, and her visiting family members. I'd go to the Brick facility without a second thought, Bravo! PS: I look forward to my Aunt writing her own review, as she will be able to express her own personal experience, naming the staff who helped make her stay comfortable and rewarding.

My mother was here about two years ago for ten months. At first her care appeared acceptable. We weren't impressed, and we voiced concerns; however, we were told more staff would be on-board shortly. "More staff" to this excuse of a facility is a temp agency who sends anybody with a pulse (especially pulses lacking full certification for said "positions" as I discovered), and it is to the detriment of patients and their health. My mother deteriorated here for months before we were successful in our fight to have her sent home, where she is thriving. She can once again take herself to the bathroom and the light has returned to her eyes. She is happy again. The moment she returned home, my mother cried, and so did I. Angel, the acute care nurse, was amazing and we adored her. Everybody else here was terrible aside from the nursing director and speech therapist. I won't go into detail, but please do not place your loved ones here unless their health and well-being does not matter to you. My mother's first roommate died here from something totally preventable. I am overjoyed I get to see her at Mass every Sunday and I can see her at home instead of here.

Staff is very caring and efficient. Jen the floor nurse manager is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Paige, their social worker is patient and caring. Katima is so efficient and compassionate. My dad’s room is always clean and orderly. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Don’t put anyone you Love at this place (Complete Care @ Brick). Great lower level staff members but absolutely poorly run. From Social Worker, Doctors, Nursing Care, and Physical Therapy very poorly managed. The worst place to put your loved ones. Don’t be fooled. Anywhere is better than here. Both my Mom and Dad degraded from the day they entered to the day they left. Put in diapers and left to deteriorate. In other reviews I’ll name the suspects.
