My mom spent about a month at CC at Brakenville after a horrible experience at another facility. She was often confused and the staff was very kind to her. They provided her with the care she needed without hesitation. We visited her often. Her roommate became a dear friend who helped her and kept her spirits up through a difficult time. Highly recommend Complete Care at Brakenville.

If you have someone you truly love, DO NOT take them here. At first they seem so accommodating. But after a few days you start noticing that they really dont pay attention to detail. They never noticed that my mother was having mini strokes. There was a definite change in her. They tried to talk me out of calling 911 and taken her to the hospital. They want that money. Long story short, my mother died in the hospital 5 days later. This place is only a babysitter, no medical response at all.

This facility is amazing! It is serene and scenic, nestled amongst sprawling estates. There is a self check in and out kiosk. You are greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The nurses and dietitians are warm and friendly. The facility is very clean and well organized. There are many healthy dietary options for the residents to choose from. The rooms are spacious with a view. The best part, you can visit your loved ones at any time, without calling ahead to let them know you are coming. The assurance that your loved ones are in good hands and receiving great care is vital. They welcome feedback.
