I recently transferred my brother from another care facility. The initial care here is much better. The staff here is very receptive to my brothers needs as well as my own. My questions are answered without delay. I am impressed with the care here.

CC @ Bayshore is like a 5 star hotel. My family member is comfortable, the staff is wonderful, the facility is clean and fresh. I give 5 stars, but CC @ Bayshore may need 10 stars from what I see! I will have a new update soon. Be on the lookout for it...be careful with this site. While some staff members were great, others dropped the ball. We found ourselves cleaning my family member's room, and either assisting with or doing most of the hygiene for him. Be careful!

Zero stars if I could! This has to be the WORST place ever. Day one they left us in the room for hours while they “finished his paperwork to get admitted” I went to ask if someone would come speak to us like promise and they said “omg we thought that was taken care of” it didn’t take long before we were already complaining. TWO DAYS later we were complaining and having a “meeting” and were “reassured” his care would not be like it was. Well, that was a COMPLETE lie. They don’t ever give you your meds on time. You can ask until you’re blue in the face but it doesn’t matter. They will leave you soiled for hours. Ring the bell all you want, no one is unfortunately coming anytime soon. We complained to everyone, no help. Not the social worker, not the unit manager Diana not Princess not even higher ups. They seem to have 2 staff members working at night and on weekends you’ll find no one. They barely speak English and anytime we asked a medical question they ask you what’s that. You mean to tell me staff doesn’t know what glucose levels mean. They get annoyed if you demand answers and proper care. They gave out WRONG INFORMATION several times. We were told our family member has diabetes, had c diff, had rhino virus just to be called back and told “sorry we misheard the dr” they are a huge liability in so many ways. They have a sign at the nurses station stating they will take anyone regardless of their situation but complain when someone has to be taken care of. Walk the second floor hallways and you’ll see how bad it is. No hellos, no how are you. They ignore family members so imagine what they do to their patients. They should be embarrassed to work as medical professionals. I hope no one ever treats their sick family member the way they treat someone else’s. Our family member was there for PT and barely got any, even when he did it was under 30 mins. He left worse instead of better.

My family’s experience with Bayshore Complete Care was absolutely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. My uncle was found face down on the floor something that should NEVER happen in a facility responsible for patient monitoring and care. This alone raises serious concerns about neglect and lack of supervision. When my aunt visited on a Sunday, there was no one at the front desk to assist her. Even more alarming, we repeatedly informed staff that my uncle needed to be suctioned and cleaned, and our concerns were ignored multiple times. No patient should be left in that condition, and no family should have to beg for basic care. This is not just poor service—this is a failure to provide safe and humane treatment. Families trust facilities like this with their loved ones, and that trust was completely broken. We are beyond disappointed and disturbed by the level of neglect we witnessed. This situation deserves serious attention and accountability.

The receptionist at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Also, the nursing staff was extremely friendly and thorough. Handled my mother with empathy and respect.
