I recently had a wonderful experience at Community Medical Center. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff worked together like a well-oiled machine, making the entire process smooth and efficient. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything moved—I was in and out much faster than I expected without ever feeling rushed. Every department seemed organized and coordinated, and I never felt like I was being left waiting or forgotten. The nurses, doctors, and support staff were attentive, compassionate, and took the time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. It’s clear that patient care is a top priority here. I highly recommend Community Medical Center to anyone looking for quality healthcare with a team that truly cares.

The nursing staff were amazing and the doctors were thorough and clear at communicating to me what was going on. They are slow. I was there for almost 24 hours total and they did a lot of bloodwork and testing on me to diagnose a gallbladder obstruction. The ER wasn’t cleanest but there cleaning staff were seen often emptying trash just not wiping down anything or cleaning the floors. The first room I was in had gauze on the floor and blood on floor and it looked like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a while. They need to ensure the maintenance staff do a better job with that. I do feel like the tests they ran were overkill but I did enough research online to see they were all normal and common just sucks because it’s so much $$$$$. The American healthcare system sucks but God bless everyone in it just trying to provide care. I did not agree to get my surgery done there because I wanted a second opinion. If it’s not life threatening get a second opinion. But for the urgent medical care I received I didn’t think it was too bad.

My mother fell and fractured her hip. The ER has extremely poor communication skills. The floor nurses are too busy charting and the good nurses that are trying to care for their patients are overwhelmed. The Physical therapy staff is fair at best, but still too busy sitting and charting. The one therapist was kind enough to try and help me. The nurses are not getting her out of bed and she is getting weaker and weaker. We, as a family are trying to do our best. I would not recommend taking your family members here. The case manager is doing a great job to help me get her out of here and to a good rehab. I pray for all the patents here that they get out safely.

I would like to sincerely thank the incredible staff at Community Medical Center for the kindness and compassionate care they showed my daughter during a very frightening medical emergency this week. From the moment we arrived, the nurses, doctors, and staff treated her with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. A very special thank you to nurses Daniel and Chanice, who went above and beyond to make both my daughter and our family feel comforted and cared for during such an emotional time. In moments like these, kindness truly matters, and we will never forget the support and reassurance they provided. We are deeply grateful. ❤️

My non verbal autistic son came in to the ed and went into triage right away. We didn’t even sit in the waiting room to be seen. Once in the room the doctors and nurses were so kind and understanding to his disabilities. We all workers together to get his testing done. One nurse even knew before I did he was going to throw up and caught it. All in all a wonderful experience for me and my disabled son. One suggestion we need bigger beds.
