My mother has been living here for over 15 years. Anytime there is a maintenance issue, good luck. She's had multiple water leaks in her place, once a leak from a pipe in the ceiling if her bathroom. The fix? A coffee cup placed in the drop ceiling tile to catch the drip. My elderly mother had to climb a chair to dump the water in the coffee cup because it overflowed. She's currently been removed from her place due to a fire in an above apartment caused more water damage to my mom's apartment. Fire happened in the 7th floor, my mom's is in int 2nd, she is the only resident to be kicked out. It's been over 2 months and not a single thing has been repaired. They have not allowed her back into her place but have demanded she pay rent for the now over 2 months she's been kicked out. Management is no help, there canned response to every request for an update has been, waiting for insurance. Meanwhile, they still want rent money. Human Good is the corporate owners of the property and they have been even less help.

The management here is deplorable and should be ashamed of how they respond to issues, especially since it's a senior building.
