Community House

Community House Apartments is an affordable housing community for seniors ages 62 and older located in North Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood. The community serves low-income seniors and provides 73 one-bedroom apartments with energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

The community includes a medical screening room available for visiting doctors and health care workers to support residents' health care needs. Reasonable accommodations are provided for residents with disabilities to ensure equal opportunity to use and enjoy their apartments and common areas.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, including guidelines on registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Management does not apply pet rules to assistance animals and their owners.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas on the premises, and residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement.
