The facility is very clean and well staffed . I never had concern for my care. I don't know how to explain it, but it was very depressing. Maybe because it's pretty old.

My mother in law went there after surgery, and got pneumonia there after a week, then they lost her teeth and glasses, we had to bring her home on hospice to get her out of there

A facelit at CCRC , Caesar Parra, a young man of many talents, is responsible for the beauty of the floors at CCRC. Not known by many , he is a culinary student who stands with the best chefs in this nation but humbly works so that he may fulfill his dreams. Come visit CCRC and take a look and you will see that the facelift represents an upward Direction for CCRC.. We salute Young Caesar and our new Administrator Sir Jason. L. Patterson

It is a terrible place for anyone struggling with dimensia. Nursing staff has no empathy for patients in this state. I saw patients doing nothing but sitting in the hallway.

Our family recently experienced the exceptional care at Community Care & Rehabilitation Center. The staff's kindness and welcoming demeanor, especially during a new and challenging time for us after my Father's two strokes, made all the difference. Their invaluable assistance and guidance were a true blessing. We are incredibly grateful that he regained his ability to walk thanks to their dedicated support. A huge thank you to Sonia, Lucky, Mayra, Karla, Yadira, the entire team at Station #3, Social Services Staff, Kitchen Staff and the amazing Physical Therapy staff, Jeremy and others whose names we can't recall!
