Sadly I have a negative review for this board and care. Although the staff was kind my father spent most of his time in his room. There was too much isolation, lack of communication with patients and no stimulation for the residents. It was heartbreaking to see the neglect. My father entered hospice once at this board and care and crital care was not adhered to. Hospice is comfort care, which was not followed by staff. In my opinion he suffered many nights due to the night staff not speaking English and unable to meet his pain/anxiety needs. After speaking to the owner Maria, to no avail, we decided to remove our father from this home to an assisted living where his needs are met and his dignity restored.
