I’ve had a really positive experience with Comfort Keepers. I found their team was not only professional and reliable, but also genuinely caring in the way they support their clients. It’s reassuring to know you can count on them, and they consistently go above and beyond. They provide peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend their services!

I would give no stars if possible. We had a horrible experience. We had different people each night, one person driving up from NY for overnight shifts after working during the day because they were short staffed in CT. One person got lost in our neighborhood, parked in the lawn of a neighbor, was going to leave but I found her and got her to the house. She was unsteady on her feet getting out of her car and coming into the house, and kept telling me she wasn’t going to get her pay docked because Google Maps got her lost. She scared my mom and we eventually had to ask her to leave. We did not feel she would be able to safely look after my mom. When I expressed my concern they dropped us the next day leaving us scrambling for overnight help.

My mom has been dead for over a year and a half. Comfort Keepers is now getting around to asking how was our experience. Not good. One comfort keeper was sitting around watching TV when my mom fell getting out of bed and broke her hip. Another was padding they're time sheet put in a start time when she was actually late. I confirmed this by waiting for her in the morning at the assigned start time. I was late for my own job. We had to give 24 hours notice for a change, but comfort Keepers would not show up from time to without any notice and my mom would be left hanging. My wife finally left her own job to care for my mom and bring order to a tough situation.

Can’t believe this company would ask me for a review. They are money hungry, sloppy office staff with mediocre help. (Only one aid in all the time we used them was a God send) Only reason we stayed with them because they were approved by insurance company, which took a nightmare to get. Had we known we would never have used them. I wouldn’t even hire them to take care of my dog. If I could give a “0” I would . They cared for my mother almost every day for five years and when she passed away, never mind send a plant or flowers, they never even sent a sympathy card. I guess because they would have had to pay for it.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share this meaningful experience we had with my father’s home care. After my elderly father was released from a mediocre rehabilitation center, I started contacting different agencies to arrange for live-in care. Trusting my instincts, I ultimately chose Comfort Keepers. On the day of his release, we met the caregiver, and although our time to connect was limited, it turned out to be a perfect match right from the start. Ena became my father’s live-in companion, caregiver, and UConn basketball watching buddy, for the next two and a half years, seamlessly integrating into our family. We are incredibly grateful for her presence in our lives. Whenever Ena needed time off, Comfort Keepers was quick to assist us in finding suitable replacements. While we never encountered major issues with the temporary caregivers, our focus remained on ensuring the right fit for my father. They consistently made it right, and for that we are grateful. My father has recently passed, and I feel like we now have extended our family. We would like to sincerely thank Comfort Keepers and my father’s incredible companion, Ena, for their exceptional care and unwavering dedication.
