I highly recommend Comfort Keepers. We hired them for 4 hour shifts 2x per day for the last month of my dad's life under hospice care at home. They consistently provided a caregiver for every shift, mainly to perform diaper changes and occassional bed baths. No bed sores or injuries occurred despite his being quite frail. They were kind and encouraging to my father, myself and siblings. Plus they helped with general cleaning. Thank you.

Comfort Keepers has been providing excellent assistance to my father for a year now. I remember my first call with Susan. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Before care starts, my dad was assessed by Megan who was kind and patient with him. After about a month of service, she followed up with him to make sure everything was going well. Agnes is who I work with regularly. She handles the schedule changes and, in the beginning, caregiver changes. She is wonderful to work with. Every time I’ve had to call or email her about a schedule change, she was on top of it right away. She is always warm and friendly. My dad has two different caregivers now. Both of them are so kind and caring. It’s such a piece of mind to know that he is being well taken care of.

I was referred to Comfort Keepers of PR from a friend who had hired CK for her sister in Arlington Hts who needed care. I hired CK for the first time this past January 2023 to care for my mother while I had surgery and then went into rehab. The intake process was very smooth and explained thoroughly including rates. Then scheduling was discussed. Meghan and Mickaela from the office staff were pleasant, very professional and responsive! Our caregivers arrived promptly and followed our instructions well. When a sudden change of schedule was needed b/c my mother had to be hospitalized herself, Mickaela handled the change smoothly. And when I determined I needed help at home after my discharge, CK was able to find a hardworking and seasoned caregiver right away. My Physical Therapist was impressed with the CK caregiver Elizabeth - told me I have a "good one" as she observed Elizabeth. My PT sees many patients at home and therefore encounters all kinds of caregivers. She thought Elizabeth was outstanding. All in all, Comfort Keepers is reputable and gives excellent value for the services and personnel they provide. They give peace of mind and are flexible with scheduling as possible. I highly recommend their services.

We have received services through 4 other providers over the past 5 years. I can honestly say Comfort Keepers in Park Ridge has exceeded any caregiver experience we've previously had. Both my husband and I would be lost without the caring and attentive companion that helps us through our daily routines and ensures we are both able to enjoy our home safely. I've not had any concern with our caregiver as she always wears the necessary items to ensure we are protected from the virus as much as possible. In these days of such uncertainty and fear, having a dependable provider that loves her job and is here every time she is scheduled to come is priceless to us. Thank you Comfort Keepers for providing the caring professionals that make our lives so much better.
