I’ve really enjoyed working with David Feinstein! He’s knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely cares about helping both community partners and clients. I love hearing him talk about what sets Comfort Keeper’s apart from other agencies. We’ve even teamed up on educational events and the collaboration is always a pleasure. I have a lot of confidence in David and Comfort Keepers - you’re in great hands with them!

Just like Sharia and Totta here I've had the same and even more worse experiences! A continuing total nightmares with both their staff and their workers they sent me. Lazy, taking a lunch break when they werent scheduled to do so, taking their kids to appointments on my time, rude, staff nor notifying me that they will not be in for one reason or another and I would just be waiting, disrespectful, did not follow orders, dirty dishes being put away, on their phone, late, one didnt even put on his seat belts whenever he drove me, being sick a lot, new workers not showing up, leaving the job here for no reason, not putting back items where i originally kept them at, not making my meals, refusing to clean as I instructed etc...also a constant turnover...etc etc. The company didn't and never even meet the total hours each month in their contract someone else set up. I did bring all the matters and situations as they occurred to their staffs attention and to the person who set up their contract with them. I even spoke to one of the staffs bosses and he never corrected any situations. It even got worse! Also nobody from their staff ever came to my home as someone here in these opinions indicated. Be warned!!!!!!!! Also all their workers they sent me did not wear those company uniforms nor did they drive in that company car as they show in their pictures here either. Also after their services were stopped they sent a couple workers after that. One told me she was a cna from their agency. Whom my personal doctor never requested, nor do they know my Doctors name nor gave them permission on my doorstep and trespassing on my property!! Why is your cna on my doorstep? That wasnt in that contract! They never even called. Just showed up in my building. Barged into the building. Trespassing. I told them just that too. I never even let them in! Which purpose was this? I find it to harass me, cause me stress as well as everything else wasn't it comfort keepers? This is all considered elder abuse isnt it? BTW Comfort keepers I note your reply to me below. I note you didn't even leave your name. I call you? Speak to who exactly? I already called many times all along as I mentioned on a case by case basis. You care? I'm not stupid. Again be warned people!!! I have much more to say but this is just a brief mention of my own experiences. Good riddance!

My experience with Comfort Keepers has been simply outstanding, most because our caregiver, Sivan, has been incredible in managing my wife’s ever-changing situation. Very reliable and dependable and has provide a real sense of relief and a needed break for me during her times here. Thank you!

My family has been using caregiver services from Comfort Keepers (Buffalo Grove) for a year now and I want to share our positive experience to help other families. We came to Comfort Keepers after the first agency we worked with was unable to fully staff our schedule after a month’s time. Comfort Keepers was able to assign permanent caregivers immediately. We continue to work with the first agency and this has provided us a clear and ongoing comparison between the two agencies. Comfort Keepers is miles ahead in professionalism. Their manager met with us initially and then every 90 days in the home. We review the care plan and modifications have been easily addressed over time. He possesses a wealth of information on dementia and has shared advice on resources for the family and tips on working with caregivers. As our family’s needs changed, he accommodated us with ease. The scheduler has always been proactive and has never left us without care, scheduling first with caregivers already familiar to us on the few occasions a substitute was needed. As our needs expanded, she promptly filled additional permanent shifts. Office processes are automated, bi-weekly billing has always been accurate and submission to our long term care insurer is done for us. The caregivers themselves are loving people who provide great comfort to our mother. Our mother considers them friends. They exchange life stories and have filled an important role for our very social mother. They are each experienced and well-trained. As our mother’s needs have changed over the months, they have responded in kind.

We had a fantastic experience with Comfort Keepers in Buffalo Grove. We needed temporary care for my Mother-in-law and everyone we worked with, both in the office as well as her care companions, were very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend them and will use them again if necessary without hesitation.
