I was very pleased with the services, communication and timely follow-up, to their talented individuals that took such great care of my mother. Comfort Keepers staff cared for my grandparents for 5+ years. The women in the office have ALWAYS been very kind to me. By the time my grandparents passed, I consider DeAnna a friend. Many of the caregivers even attended their funeral. Yeah, in 5 years, we had call-offs and staff that didn't stay long.. But, I truly don't consider that a flaw of the business! When you work in such an intimate field, where people depend on you so heavily, sometimes it just doesn't work out. But the office always rallied and did everything they could to staff.
