I set up an intake for my dad who had a stroke. They called the next day to turn us away because "medicare is too much of a hassle." I agreed to self-pay just to not have them cancel on us. When they came to the home, the nurse was pushy, bossy, and lacking in active listening skills. I was told that I had to call medicare myself to set up my dad's pt even though I had a doctor's order for this. Then, they called me the next day and said they would call medicare for us, thus contradicting themselves. They seemed quite apathetic to our needs and highly disorganized. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
