Office staff is unprofessional at its finest. Girls don’t show up on time nor do they have staff to send to homes. They don’t call when no one will be showing up. Office staff do not care about clients and are rude. I DO NOT recommend this company if you want your loved one taken care of. There is only a couple HHAs and a nurse that will do their job the rest sit on their phones and ignore the needs of their client.
