Nurse Alexis Boney is great, best nurse in the state for sure. When my great aunt was in her care she made sure to give her A1 CARE.

If I could post a picture here, I’d show you how this facility sent my Dad to the Drs office. First off, I got there 10 minutes early and he had been dumped out and left alone for awhile and when I saw how dirty he was, I burst into tears. He had dried food all over his face; then he got sick & my sister who is a retired nurse begged for a week to check him out as he was sick. Eventually, they did and he had an infection so bad it went into MRSI, & he had pneumonia and was in ketoacidosis with his blood sugar so high the monitor couldn’t read that high.
