Terrible company do not use!!! Staff makes themselves comfortable in your home as if it's their own, they do not follow simple instructions and do what they want. Management is no better especially Veronica!! Beware!!

Comfort Care provided at-home services for my mother for more than three years. Initially this was a convenience for help with shopping & cleaning, but as her condition worsened their help became absolutely essential. Without the aides she would not have been able to live alone in her apartment for the last few years. Most of the aides were caring, diligent, and responsible. There were a few difficulties with scheduling but nearly all the time Comfort Care was able to provide an aide, even on holidays. I would recommend them.

I receive visiting services from Comfort Care, and have been for more than two years. I have high level spinal cord injury and need a lot of assistance. Comfort Care has been responsive to my needs and the aid they send has been professional, friendly, and caring for as long as I have known them. She has practically become family. I highly recommend their services.

My mom needed support immediately coming home from a facility and I called Comfort Care. They are informative, supportive and caring. My mom got on a schedule quickly and they have been consistent for over a year now. If you call the office they are super professional, when they come out to the house especially Veronica they offer guidance and the relationship Veronica has nurtured with my mom is exceptional. Comfort Care is exactly what my family needs knowing my Mom is doing better everyday because of the team at Comfort Care. I highly recommend this agency if you need support and guidance for your parents or loved ones.
