Consistently above and beyond the call of duty--they care! I hope if/when I come to a time of life when I need this sort of care I can find a team half as good as Bill and Kelly and the care-givers they have hired. Our mother emphasized wanting to stay in her home as long as she possibly could. When she was no longer able to care for herself, my brother and I engaged ComForCare to provide care-givers to help Mother and just be there when needed. Both my brother and I live out of town. What we received from Bill and Kelly and their staff was assistance above and beyond the call of duty, again and again. When power was out for a week, they were bringing ice bags to keep the food in the fridge cool. When our mother had to go to the emergency room for an illness, the care-giver went with her and then drove her back home, arriving a few minutes before I was able to get into town. I arrived to find them chatting happily and sharing a hamburger they had picked up on the way home. They all kept coming up with new ideas for how to improve Mother's quality of life and were nimble on their feet dealing with the challenges of declining mental and physical health--issues that often changed daily and unpredictably. Our mother achieved her goal of dying in her own home and there is no way this could have happened without these kind, caring, resourceful, and energetic people. And all this was during the challenge of the pandemic!

All my life, my brother was my only sibling. But when we engaged ComForCare, I got a new brother and a sister, too. The owners, Bill and Kelly, consistently acted not as decent businesspeople or even as good friends but as members of our family. They pro-actively thought of countless things they and their excellent caregivers could do for my Mother and followed through. When a storm knocked out her power for a week, they were there every day bringing her restaurant food and shoving ice into her fridge. Whenever she was unhappy or unsettled, they sought to find something that could make things better. And yet these extras never showed up on our bill. They had excellent judgment about which caregivers would be good matches for her, and the people they hired were exceptionally caring and highly skilled. Their caregivers had great pride in their work and shared insights at shift changes to maximize continuity of care. We had countless special requests, some quite burdensome, but they not just tolerated but welcomed them. When my Mother had her worst days, they responded with almost saintly patience. They were accessible and engaged almost 24/7. We started seeking respite care and ended up needing round-the-clock; they adapted quickly and well. They were trusted family members in all aspects of her care. We were incredibly fortunate to find them. We could not possibly have done better.

Kelly and Bill are phenomenal people and I feel lucky to have been connected with them and their company. Very professional, communicative and most of all caring! They really want to provide as much quality care as possible. Their service was also an enormous help to my family during the pandemic and provided much comfort and peace of mind.
