The family and I are thankful for the care that Kevin and Elaine gave to my friend in the last months of his life. Contrasted to how he had been treated in a rehab facility that cost a lot more. Kevin and Elaine showed personal care and medical treatment that was amazing. Thank you!

My mom (age 97) moved to Columbia Meadows from independent living after a fall about six months ago. We have been overjoyed with the care she has received and with Kevin and Elaine's commitment to making sure that she is healthy, happy, and engaged. This is a wonderful facility that has managed to alleviate the concerns we had about the move to assisted living, and we're very grateful.

It’s hard to put into words how much Columbia Meadows in Jessup, MD has meant to our family. My dad has dementia, and like a lot of families, we worried about finding a place where he’d be truly cared for—not just looked after.<br><br>From day one, Kevin, his wife Elaine, and the entire staff have been incredible. They’re patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them—they really care about the residents and treat them with dignity and respect.<br><br>The peace of mind knowing my dad is safe, comfortable, and cared for with real compassion is everything. We’ve seen firsthand the level of attention and love they give, and it makes a difficult situation a lot easier to handle.<br><br>I’m truly grateful for everything they do and would recommend Columbia Meadows without hesitation. 10/10.

We are so happy that we found Columbia Meadows! Mom just moved in two weeks ago and there are not enough words to describe the amazing high level of care, attention to detail and love they are giving her. Kevin, Elaine and their team work tirelessly to keep the residents safe, clean and full of yummy food. The facility is spotless, the building is safe and we can rest easy knowing Mom is in great hands. With decades of experience, the Xu family has honed their business, placing priorities on friendship, community and safety. Our family highly recommends Columbia Meadows Assisted Living if you are looking for care that is above and beyond any other facility we have seen!

Columbia Meadows is a wonderful establishment. It is a family owned business. The two that run the facility are married. The wife is a Geriatric Doctor and the Husband runs much of the day to day. The residents are well cared for and it is an absolutely beautiful facility. You should definitely come take a tour if you need a place for your loved one. The rates are also very affordable and the food is delicious.
