If you have family here I strongly urge you to check on them. I delivered an order for a resident, and the conditions of the building were beyond concerning. My 2 stars are for the sweet and helpful employees who obviously care about their patients, however, the stench of feces in the hallways, the empty green fish-tank, the dust coating the vents, and the roach that fell on me from the ceiling were all red flags of patient's health in the facility. While the employees were beyond nice, it took about 5 minutes to be let in as nobody was paying attention to the door. I would think as for security that would be a requirement. The employees did not have knowledge of the location of the specific rooms. This would concern me as if my loved one had an emergency, how long would it take to find them? I know from working in this field things aren't always as they seem, but I feel it is only right to voice the safety violations happening within this building. I hope the owners and upper management will consider adding more staff, as it is painfully needed.

My sister was taken there and I was never notified of any changes in her condition, she passed away and still wasn’t notified by the facility but through hospice no phones calls where never made letting me know of her health deteriorating so she could have family members by her side . Not once have I seen facility who so unwelcoming or helpful during a visit nor call lights being answered in a timely manner getting through to facility was also a nightmare. My sister had some issues with some the care provided but was told they look into and instead was brushed off. My biggest mistake was not bringing her home the first day of visiting her there. My last conversation with her was please come something wrong and there listening to me.

The way they treat their patients is so inhumane and disrespectful. The RN Jennifer is so unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. When you mention anything to her she talks down to you, she refuses to help the patients because it's beneath her. She is close friends with the administrator who allows these actions to go on. Patients arent getting a bath and rooms aren't getting maintained. This woman needs to be fired immediately. She also talks down to and belittles other nurses.
