Chaplain M'Linda Barns My 88 year old husband sprained his back. While he was there the nurses were so rough in raising and lowering the bed that they resprained it. He was afraid to stay there after a couple days. Not acceptable. Did not answer the call buttons.

Our grandma is staying there for rehabilitation services. She called them for 15 minutes to use the restroom and no one came, so she pooped on herself after given a supository. The facility has no hot water in her room and shower. She asked for specific food from the menu and they gave her something completely opposite - practically baby food. Also, just the "cherry on top" is that they overdosed her on insulin and made her blood sugar levels shockingly low whereas we almost lost her. They did not communicate this at all with our family. We recieved a call from our grandma about the blood sugar situation only later this morning.
