I have lived at Cogir and have experienced four Executive Directors. This changing management has become disruptive and causes anxiety and concern. The last two Directors have been on loan from other Cogir facilities. During the tenure of these four Executive Directors, we have seen a restroom close which serviced the beauty salon, the fitness room and the theater. We have seen activities and services reduced at this beautiful facility. For example, Our pool is regularly covered with dust from nearby construction, and food stains cover our patio, along with chairs that don’t slide caused by missing parts. When choosing our last home we did not expect the absents of service and care plus chaotic of management. Cogir promises in their literature “the best lifestyle you’ve ever dream of”. A temporary executive director, Cynthia Figueroa, however, has shown interest in the residences and our need for service. I understand these reviews are read by the CEO of Cogir properties, and hope that this review is taken seriously. D. M. Davis
