I went in for a tour, and Mikayla was very friendly and helpful. She introduced me to a few staff members, showed me the rooms, and explained the admission process for my grandmother in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. Choosing a nursing home has been overwhelming over the past few days, but she made the process much less stressful. The facility was clean, and everyone I met was welcoming. I really appreciated Mikayla taking the time to help me and making the experience a positive one.

I recently visited and was super impressed with the facility and staff. Everyone was nice and welcoming, ensuring quality service. They also renovated their rehab room not too long ago, and it’s exciting to see how this will take both their clients and company further.

Nurses and staff and those in lead in charge of discharging patients need to be retrained and knowing how to speak to everyone in a professional respectful manner not speaking over patients or anyone that comes to visit without knowing the full story behind each patient when one good example what happened here with a nurse staff member calling the cops on a patient without acknowledging or educating the patient on the rules policies and regulations or schedules that pertaining on staying temporary here or notifying family members about it all while a social worker is working on finding a place for a patient at the same time and Nurse staff had the nerve to speak in a manner that was out of line and disrespectful threatening the call to cops only because a person is a patient just wants to Simply walk Around Inside the facility when the nurse could have simply just assisted and walked with the patient or have someone walk with him. All staff employees when getting a new patient should sit down and take the time to know the whole story and background on each patient before putting one in a step by step program startup with tests and everything before they are able to be approved and allowed to do what they are freely being able to do as an example with a free pass to go out of the facility for whatever the case my be. If the hospitals that they leave from and come here and they don't communicate with each other then that defeats the purpose of why does a patient need to come here or any other place when they should just be staying at the hospital. Also when leaving today another nurse that recognize the patient of ours put her hand out to his chest in a unprofessional forceful manner pushing him expressing saying he needs to stay where are you going expression when he is already discharged so management needs to look in the cameras today and find out who did that and find out the name of the nurse. This is a leason learned for everyone reading this that works here.

The nurses, therapists, and support staff goes above and beyond to make family feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. The facility is clean, well-organized, and welcoming, and the level of professionalism is outstanding. If I could give any more stars I would!

My relative came here not too long ago for skilled therapy. The staff was so kind and helpful and the nurses really cared for my love one attentively. I would definetly recommend this facility regardless of the rating. Based on my experience this is an easy 5 star, but the facility is a 4 star location, and there is room for growth in that matter, but everything is trending in the right direction to excel. It all starts with the quality of people in the building and that’s what matters most !
