The entire staff and nurses of bay crest are wonderful. My dad found a home temporarily until recovery. I can’t thank you all enough. To the administrator Chet, thank you for the great reassurance that we are in safe hands. We are holding you to your word. Your building is super clean. We love the background music at the front. Is uplifting and inspiring.

This a very clean and great nursing home. Staffs are welcoming. My mom has had an awesome stay here. My heart goes out to all the nurses.Amanda, Collins, Jaida,Alicia the Cnas. My family is ever grateful for all your help. Thank you.

My family & I was on a long scavenger search for the right long-term and rehabilitation nursing home for my mom back in January 2025. After visiting several places, Bay Crest was actually the 10th on my list, but something led me to make it my 3rd stop that day. Walking in, I was immediately impressed. Words truly fail me. Beautiful, clean, and very well kept. The warm welcome I received from the front desk gave me an instant sense of peace. I requested a tour, and that’s when I met the amazing admissions team, Jake and Porshia. They were exceptional! They walked me through everything in detail and answered my many questions with patience and professionalism. Cleanliness was a top priority for me, and they exceeded my expectations. Two days later, my mom was discharged to Bay Crest for recovery and what a blessing that decision turned out to be! The nurse NA who received her (I believe her name was Jennifer) was truly an angel in human form. Watching her and her team settle my mom in gave me and my siblings so much reassurance that we made the right choice. Today marks 1 year and 3 months, and I am so happy to say my mom is finally going home with a healthy smile! Throughout this journey, I documented every visit, and honestly, my experience goes beyond what words can fully capture. I can confidently say that the level of care, patience, compassion, and dedication shown by the nurses and staff is incredible. It truly made me realize I could never do what they do. They are remarkable. Before choosing Bay Crest, I read all kinds of reviews,the good, the bad, and the uglyiest which is why it was initially low on my list. But I’m so glad we didn’t let that stop us. Our experience was completely different and overwhelmingly positive. We also spoke with other families, and while experiences varied, ours has been nothing short of amazing. Special thanks to nurse Amada, Alicia, Jaida & many more of you, my mom loves & appreciates all your help. As we prepare to leave today, I want to give honor where it is due. To all the selfless, compassionate nurses and the entire staff at Bay Crest Care Center, thank you. Please take your flowers 💐💐💐 and continue providing a safe, comfortable, and peaceful environment for families like mine. God bless you all. You are the real heroes 💯

I love it here. My family is at peace at home knowing am well taken care of at bay crest. Their meals are all taste and great. If you love a place to call home, recovery after a surgery,bay crest is your best bet. I get my therapy on time as recommended by my doctor and I am happily recovering. 4months and I have nothing to worry.

There's never any nursing home with 5 stars and all. Nursing is a job of humanity. I give it to the entire staff at bay crest. Always very helpful when need be. My dad's safety is 💯 guarantee. Even when am not there, I am sure he's well taken care of at this home. I've been to worst nursing homes before opting for bay crest. I can assure you, the nurses and staffs are great. The cna's assigned to my dad' angels in human form. This is where I call family home. Any bad review here must be a family member who are never satisfied with anything in life. Nursing is a very hard job. I give it to all the nurses in this home. They strive for the best for all patients 😍
