When I came down me and my family for a tour the office staff greeted us with open arms and has really been a great experience living here the maintenance staff is very good they help you in any way that they can I wish I had found this place sooner to the office staff and maintenance staff keep up the good work you're doing a great job

My mother just signed her lease and has not officially moved in but so far everything has been great! The current management (Ebony and Adrian) have been very professional, informative, and especially kind and patient with my mother throughout the entire process. I had a few small concerns and they were addressed immediatley with maintenance (who was also courtesy and professional). There is a laundry room on site. Mom has flower boxes on her balcony and on the railing in front of her door, which was a bonus because she loves to garden. Mom loves the beautiful courtyard and convenience of nearby shopping, medical offices, the post office and my favorite Miller Farms, which is about 10 minutes away. We have been several times slowly moving things in and everytime I have visited, the building is clean. I will update my review after she moves in :)

DON'T ALLOW YOUR LOVED ONES TO STAY HERE!!!!!!<br>This place has the worst management team I have ever experienced. Their current manager Mrs. Middleton is extremely rude. My mom hasn't had access to her building for the last 10 months because they can't order any new key cards. Can you imagine a 74 y.o old woman with slight dementia standing in front of her building because she can't access her home? When I asked about the process Mrs. Middleton had no answer to give and became very rude when questioned. I can't wait to move my mom from Clinton Manor.

My mother's 2nd-3rd year residing here.. 4 diff property managers within her stay..Not sure what the disconnect is collectively with Management, but would not recommend...(New manager, new requirements every 6-12 months). I have found many cheaper senior living Apts in much better condition.. However my mom has made her neighbors the same as family.... This is the only reason she resides here..<br><br>Search elsewhere for your loved ones.

this place is worst than living in a DUMPSTER. THIS place stays filthy and employee turnover is very high. they cook their books and steal from the residents. they lie 2 the public 2 get residents. this is a shame on the highest order. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and if your care about being treated as a human being AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY will take your money a evict you with the quicknest. NO ONE CAN TRUST THIS ORG. 2 do the right thing when is comes 2 robbing senors.
