My father is there on a respite stay and this staff has been very caring and wanting to know every little detail that would make his stay even better. I really like knowing that my dad is in good hands when I can't be there for him

The staff is amazing. We live 1200 miles away and it is comforting to know that mom is with people who truly care about her.

Had an awful experience with this facility. My grandfather only stayed for 13 days in this place and definitely one of the worst experiences for him and us. He was neglected and given improper care regarding medication and cleanliness. My children and I walked into him being filled exposed and soaked in his own urine. As well as almost none of his belongings came home with him and came home with bedbugs! 100% would NOT send my loved one here again.
