Signature is a very clean and organized facility. I am thankful for their team loving and taking care of my grandmother before her passing. It felt like home. Admission is speedy as well!

My brother is in hospice there. The amount of care, concern, compassion, empathy and kindness the staff is giving and showing my brother and our family is so reassuring while we are going through a very heart wrenching time. The staff is taking so good care of him and we see it in his face and actions he feels safe and calm. Each time I call, my call is welcomed and not rushed. Questions we may have, are answered. The facility is clean, my brothers room is clean. There is a peace and calm at Signature and this is the exact place my brother deserves. The first time we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised at all of the smiles from staff and residents! KUDOS to everyone associated with Signature! our family appreciates all of you!!

From my past experience in the healthcare field, I find this skilled nursing facility to be top notch. Cathy and Rhoni take their leadership roles seriously and it shows. The staff treats the residents with care and respect. The food is home cooked and doesn’t taste institutional. The bus needs replaced but other than that it’s 5 Stars. The improvements that have been made since getting this team on board are amazing. Well done Signature.

Choosing a nursing home for a loved one who is not always the easiest to work with can be challenging. Fortunately, family found Signature healthcare of Terre Haute. After touring three facilities in Terre Haute, it was evident that this was the correct one. We could not be more pleased with the therapy department, the nursing department and the overall atmosphere of the facility. When their administrator tells you they take care of the residents just like they would their own family members, they mean it. A huge thank you to all the staff of Signature healthcare.
