If I could give this place a 0, I would. I am very disappointed with the care my family member has received at Cleveland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cleveland, MS. Based on my family’s experience, I have serious concerns about cleanliness, hygiene, resident safety, wound care, and overall dignity. During visits, we observed a dirty room, strong urine odor, soiled items, unchanged clothing and bedding, missing fall safety equipment, and concerns that basic personal care needs were not being met. These issues are unacceptable in any care facility. Families trust nursing homes to care for their loved ones with compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I would strongly encourage families to visit often, ask detailed questions, and closely monitor the care their loved ones receive. The photos are two different cleaning pads that I used to clean the floor.

I don’t know why this place has bad reviews my special needs cousin stays here and the staff is so nice and friendly and if you need something done they see to it asap. I’ve talked to many residents and they all seem happy to be there and say the staff really takes care of them. Its also kept clean

If I could give 0, I would! This place smells horribly and is very unkept. It’s a really old facility and needs to be closed down. I can’t believe that the state allows it to be open. I’m not sure if they were understaff or didn’t care but while my dad was there he was not seen to unless a family member asked for the basic things to be done like giving him his meds, changing him and turning him to prevent sores. My family had him moved as soon as possible. I usually don’t do reviews but had to do this one. Stay away!

If you have a love one here take them out NOWW!!! Ain’t no way a person can live here . I Just took my grandmother home . Never will I recommend this place
