The staff was rude and unprofessional. I was questioning the staff about something they were doing to my family member that could have caused a serious medical problem or death and after 4 staff passing the phone all the way to the head supervisor. I still didn't receive an explanation. The head supervisor "instantly told me my family member was discharged".

They have no compassion for the family members and they do things secretly. They are very rude and mean. I would never let them near any person I cared about ever again.
