My mom has been at Delta health rehab for six years. I have been so very pleased with the care and professional of the staff starting with the administration. The director of nursing has been excellent since my mom has been there. She has had no bedsores and I can call anytime 24/7 to have access to her. I think it’s the best one that’s in Cleveland, Mississippi I know of and I wouldn’t wouldn’t have her anywhere else but Delta health care rehab. I would will give them a 10 out of 10 and rating and I praise God for them I’ve been a part of my mothers life in Jesus name .

Delta rehab in Cleveland, Ms was nothing short of amazing. I truly am at a loss of words to explain the depth this facility & its amazing employees went to ensure my Mimi received the upmost care. Every single employee my family encountered there was incredible. My Mimi couldn’t have went to a better place until it was her time to go to Heaven. I can’t thank delta rehab enough for there compassion.

Visit before sending your parent here. Not at all what the web site shows. The nurses and staff were wonderful. No problem with them at all. Wanda and staff were very polite. Facility is Very old , old beds, old equipment, very small rooms. My mother was there less than 4 hours. Would not leave her. Disgusting!! The photo attached is what they serve for food. PLEASE do your homework before sending a loved one to this place.

The staff members and residents at Delta Rehab feel like family. I have been a therapist here for 6 years and the rehab team goes above and beyond to address the needs of the residents. The administrative staff are easy to talk to, appreciate your input and will address any needs quickly. The residents are always doing fun activities with staff members when I come in the building which I love to see.
