Told/called me one day (said they were excited get me admitted) then the very next day (not even 24 HRS later) call me saying no beds available and Amanda Snow in admissions/administrative cannot remember as honestly she has to pay rent to live in my mind, no free tenants, my brain isn't a homeless s shelter, point is she calls today and says NO BEDS AVAILABLE, BYE, IN A VERY CONDESCENDING TONE. Even the hospital I spent a week in as a TRAUMA PATIENT referred me to them. This is ludicrous!

If I could give a zero star I would.. Would not recommend this Facility to anybody.

Well first of all my husband was there for quite a while with Alzheimer's . He received wonderful care and everybody liked him and took good care of him and I was welcome there and the staff was pleasant. He did well there and I was always pleased I never had any issues. Then he was forced to go to a different location as he had to be in a locked ward as his dementia progressed. During the time he was there I also admitted my mother from a Cleveland facility out to claymont in Uhrichsville because I live in uhrichsville. She did well there she liked all the staff. They were wonderful with her she was well taken care of. Recently I moved an hour and 45 minutes away so I had to move my mother out to New London where my new home was. She is now staying at a facility in New London ohio. Upon leaving claymont she said she wished she could take some of the staff with her because she liked them so much she wanted them to come along with her. I don't think there could have been a nicer compliment for the facility. I became friends with the social worker the business manager the head nurse the AIDS as I was there for my husband and my mother and then a friend of mine was also there so it was a home away from home as I only lived one mile down the road. They had an activities director that was just wonderful she did everything for the patients and tried so hard with games crafts activities of every kind she works so hard. Eventually she retired however. I cannot speak about the new activities director as I've had no experience with that person. I give them a four and a half star rating.

Wonderful place to receive excellent care, by all staff. Our mom was there for skilled care throughout past year. I spent alot of time there and always saw smiles, kindness, compassion and skill. I would recommend going here again, if we ever had needs in the future.
