I was very disappointed to see that an employee from this facility made a public comment on social media that came across as racist and deeply insensitive. Seeing this from someone who represents a nursing and rehabilitation center is very concerning. Residents and families should be able to trust that the staff here treat everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion regardless of background. I hope the administration takes this seriously and reviews their staff’s conduct and values, as it reflects directly on the care environment.

The Clayberg Staff--starting at the office, to the kitchen, laundry, but more importantly every nurse that I came in contact with was an amazing soul. The selfless job they are called upon to do. Very clean. Professional. I would highly recommend.

Sadly disappointed in clayberg, This nursing home has gone down hill. If you have a loved one on oxygen, do not take them to clayberg, since the DON, and nursing staff does not understand the concept of if patient has oxygen they need it at all times, yes, even when you place resident on the toilet, they need to make sure that patient has oxygen tank in bathroom with them. This was an issue with my mom, after going without oxygen for ten minutes, her pulse oz dropped to 76, was told this would not happen again, and with in three hours it happened again, placed on toilet with no oxygen tank. Another time mom was sent to hospital, and DON was sent to pick up my mom, and DON arrived without portable oxygen tank. And had to drive back to Cuba to get portable tank You would think this is common sense, but the DON, and staff does not understand the concept of a patient on oxygen.
