The Renaissance Care Center in Canton, Illinois has been absolutely fabulous taking care of my best friend's Mother. Thank you!!! I cannot mention names because I respect my friend's privacy and The Renaissance staff's privacy as I write this review. What I can tell you is this, it has been a pleasure watching their staff work. I truly appreciate their compassion, patience, care, and making sure everyone is comfortable, so that they feel like they are home. And if you have to come back for another round of rehabilitation, they welcome you back with open arms and tell you in the hallway, "Welcome Back!" I truly appreciate how professional their staff is, and my friend and I cannot say, "THANK YOU!" loud enough for everyone to hear. Thanks Again, A Friend

There were patients just out everywhere unattended and a lady down from the nursing station yelling about her glasses and getting ignored. Saw a lot of standing around by much of the staff until we walked my grandmother around. Had to ask for assistance to even have them take her to the bathroom or find a drink for her. We had to find the kitchen to get her the drink. All in all not impressed.
