I would like to give less than 1 star however it won’t allow me to. My father was a “patient” at The Loft- I am using the term loosely - as it seems they had issues feeding him correctly yet medicating him with enough meds to knock a horse out. While my father stayed there he became paralyzed from the chest down during what was supposed to be physical therapy- but he was sent home, with instructions to “do what he could”. While staying there my mother wasn’t able to get any information on his well being, prognosis or medications- what steps they were taking to get him better or even if they could. He was sent home- and died a month later. Now they are sending my mother bills (in the wrong name) and when she still calls they refuse to go over anything stating they can’t-won’t tell her doctors names but yelling at her that she will pay the bills one way or another. My father came home not being able to even feed himself so I would like to know exactly what this so called establishment was actually doing as they certainly weren’t rehabilitating my dad.We have witnesses who came in to visit him stating that he was malnourished- they brought him in food so he had something to eat. He also came home with impacted bowls- and a slew of other medical issues that should have been handled prior to him leaving yet had to be handled the moment he got home. You were supposed to help extend his life yet we believe you shortened it- this entire place should be ashamed of yourselves for the hell you put our family through.
