We are so incredibly grateful to Kris, Aries, Adrianna, Harvey and the rest of the Class Act team for the compassionate, loving, care that they provide! My mom is in the late stages of Alzheimer's and has been living at Class Act for almost a year now. When we visit daily, she is always clean, content and comfortable. They try and engage her in variety of activities from music, to fitness, and even have special visitors during holiday times. They have been instrumental in managing her day to day care by helping with onsite doctors visits, and facilitating physical and speech therapy as needed. When we visit the home, our family is always graciously welcomed with a warm smile and we have enjoyed getting to know the other residents on site. The staff is professional, caring, and alert and the home is always immaculate. We would recommend Class Act to anyone looking for a compassionate, loving, professional, clean, joyful, home for their loved one.

I would like to share my experience with the Los Alamos home. Aries, Harvey, Adrianna and Kris were such amazing caregivers to my mom. She was there almost 4 years and just passed away from dementia. Every time I would visit, the home was meticulously clean and my mom was always showered and changed. The caregivers gave her so much love and attention and they were so patient with her during her difficult stages. My mom always felt loved and they treated her with the upmost dignity and respect. The home is very calming and comfortable and I know that my mom got the best care available.

They give my aunt excellent care, however, I have a hard time getting thru the phone lines after my shift around 1030pm. I wish they’d have dedicated phone systems for each resident. Overall, my aunt is pleased and happy here, so that makes our family feel good.

My grandmother is doing GREAT and has blossomed in being here! She has become much more social than she was prior, and has made many friendships with other residents! She speaks highly of the staff and looks forward to her meals! It has also been simple for me and my family to call talk with her, and the ability to video chat has made all the difference when we have not been able to visit!<br>I absolutely recommend Class Act Assisted Living!!

There are so many emotions surrounding placing a loved one in an assisted living situation. Class Act made the transition for us seamless. My mother-n-law has a home. She has friends, activities, companionship and an extended family who truly cares for her wellbeing. We are so fortunate....thank you ❤️
