My sister has early onset of Alzheimer's disease and it was so hard to put her into a home. Monica M in Admissions was super wonderful throughout the move. We also were able to move her once they analyzed the right place and now she's on The 3rd floor memory unit. Brandy the head nurse has worked hard to get my sister settled in. The social worker Sarah G has been excellent. Downstairs Tracy the Activity Director was outstanding and upstairs Michelle K has been outstanding. They do so many activities and even had a jazz music play last week. I am her POA and have local family but it's great to know that Teresa S is in a good home. Thank you to everyone and tgat wonderful team who care for our loved ones

From my mom....Employees were nice and helpful. Some days the food was not the best and it was cold. But overall, my stay was good.

They took very good care of my Aunt Sherry and seemed to be very involved and really care. Pleasantly surprised and how attentive they were at following up after her care.

I would love to talk to the administrator about my concerns. After leaving 2 messages, I am still waiting for him to call me back. Obviously, he really doesn't want to hear your concerns. I stand corrected. The administrator called me today and addressed my issues. Thank you for your time and concern.

I am more than upset by the phone call I received this morning. I can't believe that you would allow an employee to call you a liar. My mother had an appointment with a doctor this morning. Apparently the doctor's office rescheduled the appointment. In the meantime Rayann called me and accused me of canceling the appointment. I told her that I did not do that. She continued to insist that I shouldn't have done that.

What disturbs me more than that is my mother told her that I didn't do that. On top of that their were staff members talking about me being nasty. My mother told them that I would make sure she was being treated well. Totally unprofessional. I'm guessing I'm nasty because I call them out when they aren't doing their job. There are some very lazy CNA'S that work there.

Fantasia is absolutely wonderful. She's the only one that keeps me informed about any problems.
