I've been here 2 weeks and so far so good. I have no issues with the office staff, for me, they have been courteous and professional. I am a "mind my business woman," this keeps the bs down anywhere. I'm comfortable here, I think I'll be staying...

Parking lot lights was not working. Laundry room washers not working. The building is a roach infested building. Oh they have a so called pest control company that so call put some roach feed down. All they do is multiply. Then they go up on your rent. Plus the entrance and halls are always freezing in the winter. No doors half works for the handicap wit no lighting for the ramps.

I made a medical delivery to a tenant. Very spartan decor. Walls, floors a medium gray. The best comment I can make about the place is at least it was clean.
