My brother left the hospital in great shape. After one night in Citadel he was not walking, talking, eating just living in before staring. I asked thr nurse what is happening. Is he over medicated or going thru with draws from not getting meds. She said that is the way he came in. I went home wrote a note to all the senior staff requesting him to be transferred back to hospital right away. Come to find out he had a brain bleed and could if died

My 88 year old mother was there just over a week before I could get approved for a bed transfer. The staff did their best but the owners and/or upper management decided to stack 2 patients into very small rooms. Poor staff to patient ratio especially at night. Go there yourself and make your own informed decision after walking through one of the wings.

Check-in rigorous with overwhelming paperwork. Many on-the-fly introductions with no time to process. Staffers go to get something and get distracted, creating long wait times for simple requests.
