Christopher Heights of Webster is an incredible home for our Mom. She has been a resident for almost a year now, and we have not seen her this happy in a long time. Our Mom was not someone who would join in groups or activities, we tried everything. However, since moving to CH, we can never get ahold of her; she’s involved in so many activities with her new friends. She attends exercise class every day, crafts, book club, and walks around the beautiful grounds. Mom takes advantage of all the outings offered to residents whether it’s a shopping trip, various dances, and even attended a boat ride on Webster Lake followed by a lovely lunch. The staff are extraordinary; they are caring, friendly, compassionate, and attentive. If Mom needs any kind of assistance, the staff are always there to help in a timely manner. Mom loves her companions; she mentions every day about how thoughtful and considerate they are. They assist with daily tasks if needed, doing laundry, cleaning and checking in during the day. She enjoys talking with them and getting to know them. Mom also raves about the wonderful food at CH. They have three delicious meals a day with the ability to substitute if you wish. Then they provide daily afternoon snacks at the Pub. The Administrators at CH have gone above and beyond to work with us and to assure us that Mom will always have a home regardless of financial circumstances. We cannot say enough wonderful things about CH. We know that Mom is happy and safe and exceptionally cared for at Christopher Heights. We extend our deepest thanks to you all.
