I been with a gentleman 1 on 1 care, and I think for the mist part. I am satisfied with most of the staff here. And my all time favorite CNA in this facility is hands down Rosa Lane. She is the best. She is fun and just a fabulous person. Its great to see all the staff working together to accomplish there duties. 🤗

I was apatient at Chicopee Rehab center for rehabilit00⁰ation. The staff was wonderful, particularly the rehab therapists. I can highly recommend this center and their services for anyone in need of a rehab center.

My grandmother spent a couple of months in this facility and I can’t say enough about this place. I’ve been to many nursing homes over the years and this place out shines the rest. My grandmother was a very picky eater and she loved the food. Top notch nursing staff and management. Thank you for your care and friendship!

Could not be happier with the care my family member received for her short term stay. My aunt praised the food. My aunt generally resists doing the necessary rehab exercises- with a few adjustments to her posture, staff got her back to better than I've seen her in twenty years! She has been to other rehabs; we have never seen this result. The staff appear to enjoy the residents, this is a big deal. If your loved one is placed here, they are with folks who care about what they do and are highly skilled.
