My uncle loves it here! They let you decorate the room to make it feel more homely unlike some of these other places. Also the activities lady is really creative and fun! She sets up events that keeps him engaged even with his condition and they get to go out on fun little trips. It’s nice to know that he still gets to go out after everything he has been through!

My Nan feels seen here. She can’t stop talking about Isa when we call. She seems to be making things pretty fun. Couldn’t imagine Nan being anywhere else

absolutely love the staff here! my grandmother is well taken care of and cannot stress enough how awesome isabel has been! so accommodating and you can tell she cares deeply for everyone here.

They will make many promises but keep none of them. Short-staffed, call buttons ignored at times, below par food, broken shower and toilet, wrong medication ordered from wrong doctor, I could go on and on. Some of the staff are sweet and caring but many are not. Please find another place, you can do better than this.
