Families consistently praise the staff's attentiveness and compassion. Multiple families reported that staff members go above and beyond, welcoming frequent visitors, personalizing care plans, and responding promptly to resident needs. The therapy and rehabilitation team stands out; one family noted the program makes therapy "fun and engaging, even incorporating activities like volleyball." Residents are described as sociable and improving physically while enjoying their time here. Families also highlight the facility's cleanliness, quality food, and the welcoming atmosphere created by both staff and the broader Glen Rose community, which participates in resident events.

However, a small number of reviews raise serious concerns about inconsistent care, medication management, and staff responsiveness. These critical accounts stand in sharp contrast to the predominantly positive feedback and suggest experiences may vary significantly by situation or time period.
