I visit Aviva weekly, if not multiple times a week. I have never been there where I haven’t been greeted warmly by the care team, the place is always very clean and all the residents seem happy and cared for. Definitely a place I would want my parent.

Great community. Activities are constant, the staff is awesome, and there is plenty of room for all the residents. One of the higher quality communities in the area.

Aviva Senior Living is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the energy and commitment of the staff. Every team member—whether in caregiving, activities, or administration—is dedicated, organized, and genuinely passionate about the residents. What’s even more impressive is that this culture of compassion and professionalism extends all the way up to the corporate level. It’s clear that leadership leads by example, creating an environment that is not only well-run but also full of life, warmth, and joy. I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful!

My mother-in-law recently moved into Aviva Independent Living, and we couldn't be happier with the decision! She was living far away from us and wanted to be closer, but more importantly, she needed a more supportive environment with assistance for daily tasks like cooking and cleaning. From the start, we were pleasantly surprised by Aviva's affordability. Nicole was incredible to work with throughout the entire process, making us feel comfortable and informed. Since moving in, both our expectations and my mother-in-law's have been exceeded. She has made so many friends and loves the variety of activities planned throughout the week. The facility itself is beautiful – recently remodeled, immaculate, and always smelling fresh. But what truly sets Aviva apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and have become like a second family to my mother-in-law. We are so thankful to Aviva for providing such a wonderful and caring environment. We feel truly blessed to have found this place!
