We love the staff at Cheney Care Center! They are all amazing! They have taken great care of our mom!

Very unprofessional! Please do not trust these people with your loved one. They left my mom in the bathroom for over 10 minutes and tried to claim it was only a couple minutes. I came into find my mom in the bathroom, completely naked and sitting there waiting for someone to help her. I cleaned her up, dressed her and walked her back to her bed, with still no nurse in sight! After putting mom back to bed, I went out to confront the nurse, and she insisted it was only a few minutes. There’s no way! These people are disgusting and unprofessional. Please do not trust them!! Find a different facility if you can help it.

I was just in Cheney Care Center for Rehab following a stroke. I was so pleased with the level of care I received while there! There is no way I can possibly recognize everyone, but I was in 28B so you know who you all are. Even the housekeeping staff was so friendly & polite. The PT staff was excellent!<br>Thank you to all the CNAs for answering call lights so promptly and having such great senses of humor. Thank you for the canine visits from Jack & Walter!!
