I went to Avamere searching for a comfortable place for my mom to live following a prolonged recovery process from a pelic fracture. She is (as of today's date) in the process of the Medicaid application and Avamere was eager to sit down with me to assist in that process. They have been extremely accommodating and reassuring in what has at times been an overwhelming ordeal. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell this isn't your average senior living facility. The residents I saw and had interactions with were genuinely happy. Avamere is extremely well maintained and it felt like home. I can't say enough good things about Avamere. I know my mom will be comfortable there, and her quality of life will be elevated.

Avamere is an amazing community with “staff” that will make you feel at home and loved like family! If you’re lucky enough to work with Jackson Williams, expect the highest level of professionalism, empathy, and grit while he finds a solution for you or your loved senior that ensures satisfaction and safety. Eden Home Health has recently had the privilege of partnering with Avamere at South Hill. I cannot speak highly enough of Jackson Williams and their whole staffs’ dedication to providing exceptional care and support to their residents. We feel grateful to be able to partner with them.
