Hello do not move here they have black mod I know I live there if you move you have to pay two months water bill out of your deposit not only that if your carpet is not clean you will have to pay to get it clean so they will fine away to keep your deposit. Me and my husband clean the apartment before we left after fining out I was not going to get a deposit back I wish we had not clean it ...a lesson learn but Ms. Carylon is so sweet.

We are going on our 3rd year here. The first one was okay. The second one was not so great. We had fighting neighbors, apartment issues, and air conditioning problems. This year we moved to a different apartment and it is wonderful! It's larger, fresh paint, new carpet, and new toilets! It's quiet and we love our neighbors. We just had to be patient and work with the manager. She is wonderful and caring. The price is affordable. We love are home!

The entrance to the apartment is in a really bad spot. The rear entrance would be less dangerous.

It was definitely affordable. Yet you get what you pay for. The location was great due to it being close to stores and the main city bus-lines. Super convenient. This place has two complexes, the nicer senior citizen with money East Apartments and the poorer roach ridden, dog kernel West Apartments. The West Apartments are filthy. Every tenant seemed to own a dog and dont clean after them. The front and back lawns would stink to high hell from dog urine & feces. The apartments would be saturated with fleas. After this, I was very glad to find a landlord who enforced a no-pet policy.
