The day we scheduled a visit to explore Charter for my Dad the facility was impacted by a power outage the night before due to a powerful storm. Rather than ask us to reschedule, they provided the tour and information to our family as planned. It was really great watching the Team come together to be sure all residents were being taken care of and that all facets of the facility were functioning. It was a GREAT first impression. My dad moved in 6 weeks later and we are very happy with the facility, staff and leadership. Bravo Charter, bravo!

We moved my brother Gerald into Meadowmere of March 2020. This was when Covid first hit so this was not an easy move but we were very happy to get him into his apartment during this time. I can not say enough about the excellent staff at Meadowmere. Diana was very instrumental in showing us around and making sure that our move went as smoothly as possible. During Covid we were able to set up 45 minute slot times for visitation outside when the weather permitted. Roxanne was always there with a smile and to make sure that everyone was following protocol for covid during these visitations. Susie and Rhonda, two of the nurses that help care for Jerry, always keep in touch with the family about his medical needs and their expertise helps us all get through some difficult times. Jerry has really come to enjoy being at Meadowmere. I've only mentioned a few of the staff but Jerry has gained many friendships with many of the staff members that help him out on a daily basis. Meadowmere is a very clean and friendly environment and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where you know your loved one will be taken care of and a place that they will be happy.

Charter treats everyone that walks in the door like family. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly loves the residents. There are activities all day long, the food is fantastic, they have a library, hair salon and a bus to go to the casino, stores… It is a relief to know my mom is being loved, cared for, and watched over by a dedicated staff. She always says how all the staff is so nice. I would highly recommend Charter for your loved one.

We absolutely love this place!! Our family has 2 members at this facility. The staff is Amazing!! Very welcoming. I’m very happy we decided to have our loved ones live here. I can rest at night knowing that our loved ones will be taken care of. I would highly recommend this place.
