My grandmother stayed at this rehab facility, and our experience was extremely concerning. There were multiple instances where basic care needs were not met. At times, she was not fed properly, and we found her left in a wet diaper and soiled sheets. She also was not bathed regularly, which is unacceptable for any patient, especially someone elderly and vulnerable. On top of that, some of her personal belongings, including clothing, went missing during her stay. Communication from staff was also inconsistent and, at times, poor. It was difficult to get clear answers or timely updates, which made an already stressful situation even worse. This level of neglect is deeply troubling. Families trust facilities like this to provide safe, attentive care, and that trust was not upheld in our case. I would not recommend this facility based on our experience.

What truly sets this place apart is the incredible sense of community fostered by its people. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine warmth and a welcoming smile. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel valued and appreciated, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a friendly conversation.

My brother was admitted here after an unsuccessful stay at another local rehab. The nursing care, therapy department and social services surpassed all our expectations. Willner the RN, was engaging and compassionate, and my brother still speaks about him and his stay! Thank you all!

I want to shed light on the Activities department. Sharon the activity director is consistent with her residents and with her staff members. Her main priorities is keeping her residence's active and safe. She always has the best entertainmenters. Mother's Day, Father's Day and Veterans day ,she does big events for all the residents. Breakfast buffets, Dinners etc.I just wanted to give a big acknowledgment to her dedication to her residents and her staff. She goes over & beyond to make sure every residents is seen and heard. I also wanted to shed light to the lady at the desk Tanya O'Brien, she's always a pleasure to be greeted by. Always so helpful, she makes u want to go in and visit . That's how you should feel and be treated walking into a place. She always makes you feel welcome at all times.

If you do not care about your loved one this is the place for them. Not only did the staff continuously steal my brother’s laundry while he was here but the the nurses that I came across on the weekend shift were extremely rude and non-chalant to the guests and the families who were visiting. 1 nurse sat at the desk as me, my mother and sister were trying to exit for a PCA to unlock elevator for us and literally she was sitting 4 steps away. And that’s not the worst…..my brother was discharged on 2/10/25 May to be rushed to the hospital early the next morning with dangerously low blood sugar and an UTI. Does this sound like a facility you would want your loved one to be. And I have called the social worker and nurse manager several times and nobody returns calls, so now my lawyer will reach out to them. Smh so sad how people really don’t care for the ill anymore.
