I am so grateful for all the care I received at Centre Pointe Health and Rehabilitation. All staff was friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and professional. They all worked hard so I could get stronger and walk again with my roller walker as I did before the fall, as well as achieve better communication. I surely recommend.

This place is severely abusive towards its patients. They dont help at all. My grandmother has been in there for almost two months and the "rehab" they were supposed to do never got done. Her surgery bandage was never changed. And she had bed sores on her from sitting for so long because no one cared enough to move her. When I went in there to visit they were a bunch of cold and uncaring staff. I will be getting dcf involved to investigate that place and to put everyone that ever laid eyes on my grandmother out of a job. You always hear about this happening but never think its going to happen to you. How can you live with yourself abusing the elderly?

My uncle was in their care for over a year, until he passed recently. We(his family), are all based out of state. One of the hardest parts was that we couldn't visit him and the thought of him there alone was very hard to deal with. But he wasn't alone. I hadn't put into perspective the staff who worked with him and took care of him day in and day out. We just received a memorial gift from Centrepoint that came in a beautifully done wooden box. But it was the first page inside with 40 signatures and messages from each the staff who were there with, and for my uncle, until the moment he passed. Seeing that, the thoughtfulness of the gift and all the ways they accommodated us to stay in contact and keep us updated on his situation, we have the utmost gratitude and appreciation for the time, respect and support you showed our family during this entire process.
