Consistently inconsistent! While there are some super star employees such as Teresa, Derek, Don, Renae, Lou, Daisy, CeeCee and all the physical therapists, there are employees who spend their time on their phone, are sarcastic and rough with some of the residents, and who argue with other employees in front of the residents. There are roaches; ridiculous rules for adults, and poor nutritional meal planning. The weekend employee schedule is sparse and they are actually serving leftovers twice today. One of the employees ordered me to stop assisting my roommate and then told her that she would be punished if she didn’t do what she was told. Medications are not dispensed correctly unless the resident keeps track of prescriptions and dosages and insists they follow orders. Showers, clean sheets, trash removal, and supplies are inconsistently provided. The level of resident care is below average despite the strong performance of the super stars. The entire staff needs to be retrained in terms of their roles and responsibilities and they need to be reminded. they chose to work in health care to HELP people.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother who stayed here. She had a very pleasant experience with Mrs. Teresa. She said that she was always friendly, willing to help with anything she needed, would go the extra mile for everything, and always had a smile on her face. Even in the brief moment that I had met her she greeted me with kindness and offered any help she could. She truly is a genuine caring person. Thank you Mrs. Teresa.

Hello, I'm currently A Resident of this facility (Avaita At The Garden's). And during My stay I've witnessed some ups and downs, some good and bad. BUT, I think that is called LIFE. Not everyone at One time can have what they want their way. The CNA'S Are the Working forces of the Resident. So I don't know exactly how many currently Occupy the rooms. But when one have a need in one place, there's another have a need in other places. When We have The Chance to Understand this Then Everything can fall into place with Less Tension. On to another subject what I hear quite often is the Kitchen Staff on the lack of Preparation of the meals how it's flavored and portioned. I admit I was guilty in this area also. Once again, We are NOT Home, things will taste different than what we have been Use To. THOSE who are in There right should Use Optimism Side. Someone Somewhere, don't have Nothing to EAT, So be Thankful. Besides That, The Nursing Staff is Pleasant, Professional, And Often Prompt. Thanks, ACQUENETTA BRANCH ✌🏾

My mother was admitted here last year. The team is seemingly understaffed and the facility is filthy, which I could only imagine is a management problem. The one upside are the nurses and providers. With my interactions with them, they are receptive and give an earnest effort to work with what they have. Despite that, I cant give this facility a good review because of all the other factors.
